cot & docs - added 3 new cog to cot, changed how comments work and updated the docs

cotton & docs - BIG update, made the split (TM) and updated the docs to be up-to-date with the changes from this update

docs - updated the docs again to be up-to-date with loops being added to cot :P

misc - cot now has a logo !! wowzers !! wowie !! sigma !!

cotton - added loops and raised the specs of cotton a wee bit more for bigger programs in the future ^^

bug fix - fixed a bug where Cotton thought - was the number 0 and hence ruined all math :P

cotton - cot now has strings + i also updated the loop at the end of the interpreter

misc - had a little leftover of the old cotton's docs i missed + i had to updated the markdown file again but everything is a-okay now :D

docs - updated the docs to be up-to-date with cotton's new direction :P

misc - updated the markdown file once again bc it was bothering me a bit, i feel like its more tidy now

cotton - added if and else statements to cot, also organised the interpreter and both cotton files a bit

cotton - remade the interpreter, cotton and main files (also updated the meson file and made the first neucot file woo :3)

cotton v0.2a - revised the current cottolette a bit (also now its 8 colours big instead of 7)

misc - mentioned emilia in the README md file for her patches ^^

cotton v0.2 - updated the README md file a bit AND also finally got around writting doccumentation for cotton and it's ecosystem!! yay!! :D

cotton v0.2 - cot now has a pixel drawing command (brought it back from the grave from the pre v0.1 release) - also cleaned out more messy code that IS STILL HERE FROM A COUPLE COMMITS AGO AND I KEEP FINDING AAAA

cotton v0.2 - cot's printing was reworked again, not its just print again but you can optionally add /n at the end of a string to do the same println would :P

cotton v0.2 - added input to cot, still a bit of a placeholder as the implementation is a quick and dirty way of doing it but it works for now i think
