unless a span with a special class is wrapped around it, so it will

URL decode data after splitting the arguments

Data decoding should happen after the parsing if not, a '?', '&', '#'
or other character decoded will interfere with the parsing. e.g. the
users password contains a '&', then it is truncated on that character,
and login will fail.

The minimalist web browser Dillo has recently started up development
again. Its CSS implementation only applies the explicitly stated
width and height of an image, so avatars were displaying at 2.5 em high,
